1. Which features are included in the Free plan?
With the Free plan, you check up to 5 different URLs per month with the Accessibility Test and use the Accessibility Inspector, the Accessibility Toolbar and permissions. All website optimizations are included as well: skip links, keyboard shortcuts, focus outlines, viewport settings, breadcrumbs and link enhancements. AI Alt Text and AI Element Fix each come with 25 generations as a one-time starter quota. The explanation and solution for every finding is included without any quota.
2. What do the paid plans add?
From Basic, you get batch tests, scheduled runs, the test after publishing, alt text batch processing and alt text suggestions at upload, plus monthly AI quotas. From Premium, you get Analytics, CSV export, AI Insights and AI Image Review, and Agency covers up to 10 websites. The plan comparison shows all details.
3. Do I need my own AI key?
No. The AI features run through the EZZE service and are included in your plan's quota. You don't need an account with an AI provider or an API key.
4. Does EZZE WCAG Pro make my website accessible automatically?
No. EZZE WCAG Pro finds barriers that can be checked automatically, explains them clearly, suggests solutions and helps you track progress. Some criteria can only be assessed by people, and you make the fixes to your theme and content yourself. The toolbar complements a good implementation but does not replace it.
5. Can I change my plan later?
Yes. You can start for free and switch to a larger plan at any time, billed monthly or annually. The Freemius checkout is authoritative for prices and quotas.
