Accessibility Inspector for WordPress
One click in the test result, and the Inspector marks the element on your website – with all the details you need to fix it.
No more searching through source code: the Accessibility Inspector shows you every finding where it occurs, explains the element and uses AI to suggest a solution you can try out in the browser right away.
How it works
The Inspector connects the accessibility test with your real website. Every finding leads you straight to the element that triggers it – no developer tools and no guesswork.
Every finding in the accessibility test lists the affected elements. For an element, click “Show in Inspector”.
The page opens with the Inspector. The element is marked, scrolled into view and briefly highlighted.
The element card shows type, role, description, size and visibility. Use “Back” and “Next” to go through all occurrences.
AI Element Fix suggests a code correction and shows it as a preview in the browser. You make the permanent change in the editor or theme.
Element card
The element card describes the marked element the way browsers and assistive technologies see it. This way you can tell whether a finding is caused by the content, the markup or a theme setting.
The element is shown with a type icon, accessible name and its path in the document, so you can find it in the code as well.
You see whether the element is visible or hidden, what dimensions it has and whether it is included in the accessibility tree.
Role, description and the accessible name show what screen readers announce for this element, without having to open the developer tools.
When no clear marker appears
Not every element can be framed on the page. Instead of leaving you in the dark, the Inspector explains in every case why no marker is possible and what you can do.
AI feature
For the marked element, the AI explains why the finding matters and suggests a concrete code correction. With one click you see the change as a preview right on your page – and then decide whether to apply it.
Desktop and phone
The Inspector is a tool next to your website, not on top of it. It can be docked, moved and hidden so that you always have a clear view of the marked spot – on a large screen as well as on a phone.
The Inspector sits to the right of the page. You can move it to the left, top or bottom so it does not cover anything.
On small screens the Inspector opens from the bottom. With a swipe gesture you hide it and bring it back.
One click hides the Inspector. A small button at the edge brings it back at any time.
From practice
Many barriers are invisible in the backend and instantly clear on the page. Three examples where jumping to the spot makes the difference.
The Inspector marks the link in the body text. AI Element Fix suggests an underline or an additional visual cue.
A level was skipped. You immediately see which heading is affected and correct the level in the editor.
An icon button without text. The element card shows the empty name, and the suggestion adds a suitable aria-label.
Plans & quotas
You can mark, navigate and read the element card in all plans. Only the number of AI generations for AI Element Fix depends on your plan – preview and reading always stay free.

Good to know
What the Inspector is allowed to do, what it does not change and how the AI quotas work.
All of them. The Inspector is part of the accessibility test and is available from Free to Agency. The only difference is the quota for AI Element Fix generations.
No. The Inspector only reads the page and marks elements in the browser. The AI Element Fix preview is also temporary: as soon as you reload the page, it is gone. You make permanent changes as usual in the editor, in the theme or in your page builder.
No. The Inspector opens only for logged-in users with test permissions, via a secured, time-limited link from the test result. Visitors see neither markers nor the panel.
The finding comes from a saved test result. If the page has changed since then, for example through content changes, caching or dynamic content, the saved selector no longer matches. Run the test again and open the Inspector from the new result.
Only generating a new suggestion. You can read a suggestion that has already been generated, apply it as a preview and undo it as often as you like without reducing your quota. The Free plan includes 25 one-time generations, and the paid plans include a monthly quota per website.
The accessibility tree is the structure the browser provides to assistive technologies such as screen readers. The element card shows whether the element is included in it. “Excluded” means that a screen reader does not announce it – intended for decorative elements, a problem for controls. The information is determined from the markup on a best-effort basis and does not replace a test with real assistive technology.

Test your site, jump to the affected spot with one click and try out the solution before you apply it.
The Accessibility Inspector from EZZE WCAG Pro closes the gap between test result and website. Every finding from the accessibility test can be opened on the real page with one click: the affected element is marked, scrolled into view and described in an element card with type, role, accessible name, size, visibility and DOM path. This way you understand accessibility problems without developer tools and without searching through source code.
With “Back” and “Next” you go through all occurrences of a finding. If an element cannot be marked unambiguously, for example because it is invisible, appears multiple times or the page has changed since the test, the Inspector explains the reason and the next step.
For every marked element, AI Element Fix can generate an explanation and a concrete code suggestion, for example a missing aria-label, a corrected heading level or a recognizable link style. The preview applies the suggestion only temporarily in the browser, and your website stays unchanged until you apply the change in the editor, in the theme or in the page builder. Reading and preview cost no quota, only the generation of new suggestions does.
The Inspector is part of the accessibility test and is included in all EZZE WCAG Pro plans. As a dock on desktop or a bottom sheet on phone, it adapts to your page – a practical tool for not only checking WCAG, BITV and BFSG but fixing barriers where they occur.
