The Free cloud service includes 25 AI Alt Text generations and 25 AI Element Fix generations, each granted once and not renewed monthly. After an allowance is exhausted, additional cloud generations require a paid service plan. Existing alt texts, saved fixes, local previews, copying, manual editing, and local accessibility helpers remain available without consuming generations. Accessibility Tests have a separate allowance of 5 URLs per month.
Account & License
Monthly allowances follow your individual usage period: paid plans use the verified subscription start date and time; Free uses the first successful cloud activation. Annual subscriptions also receive monthly allowances. The original instant is stored in UTC; the display shows the period boundaries and next reset with time in your WordPress site time zone. Starts on the 29th, 30th, or 31st fall on the last day in shorter months, then return to the original day. Reactivation does not move the date. One-time Free allowances do not renew. Expandable activity history can still be filtered by calendar month. All three timestamps, including “Last updated”, use your WordPress site’s date and time formats without an added GMT suffix.
While the timestamps first load, the three fields show skeleton placeholders. Existing timestamps stay visible during later refreshes. If the initial load fails, unavailable data is indicated and you can retry with “Refresh”.
In WordPress admin, open Account & License directly from the EZZE WCAG Pro sidebar. It shows your connected Freemius account, current plan, license status and renewal date, recent invoices, cloud access, limits, and usage.
Before the optional Cloud Features opt-in is complete, this page does not present Free or another plan as current. The account overview shows Not connected, and the Cloud Features section contains one setup notice with a link to the authoritative activation panel in the Dashboard. Account limits and usage appear only after the connection is ready. Activation can be started only from the Dashboard panel; Account & License retains deactivation and privacy information for connected sites.
The usage overview separates used and remaining allowances and shows the current status, period, reset date, and update time. Distinct tested URLs and unlimited repeat tests per URL are grouped into one entry. You can reveal recent monthly activity for AI Alt Text, Accessibility Tests, and AI Insights; AI Explanation opens the stored test results, while AI Image Review opens its detailed results list.
The license key is masked, and secret or public Freemius keys are never displayed. Update license status synchronizes the license data and returns directly to Account & License. Use the clearly labelled external link to the Freemius customer portal to manage account details, plans, payment methods, subscriptions, invoices, and license activations. The latest available invoices can also be downloaded directly from the plugin page. The former separate WordPress Account submenu is no longer shown.
“Download invoice” creates the protected download link when you click it. You can therefore download invoices even after the account page has been open for some time. If your WordPress session has expired, sign in again first.
Support information contains website identifiers and the plugin version for support requests. Privacy information uses the same disclosure style with a chevron on the right.
On the Dashboard, the Unlock Premium Features card shows Free users the main benefits of the higher plans. Compare plans opens the pricing page on the EZZE WCAG Pro website that matches the active WordPress admin language (German, English, Spanish, or French).
For connected plans, the plan carousel in the Dashboard and Account & License shows only the higher plans that remain available. Each plan card highlights its monthly URL allowance and lists the included allowances and features for AI Alt Text, AI explanations, Analytics, and AI Insights where available. The arrows and plan dots are also keyboard accessible.
The Current plan card highlights the available URL allowance and groups the remaining benefits under Additional allowances.
